The Bumblebee Conservation Trust was founded in response to concerns about the status of bumblebee populations in the UK – in the past 70 years, two species have become nationally extinct and several others have suffered dramatic declines.
The Trust aims to prevent further declines and to raise awareness of the problems affecting bumblebees.
