Natures hidden heroes – the importance of insects (KS2/7-11 webinar)

Celebrate Insect Week with STEM Ambassadors from Royal Entomological Society and National Education Nature Park!

Join the Royal Entomological Society and the National Education Nature Park for a live webinar in Insect Week 2025 about insects, our hidden heroes.

You and your class (7-11) will meet STEM Ambassadors, find out in an interactive presentation about how insects are important for our world, and hear about Nature Park activities to do in your school.

Towards the end, participating classes can put questions to them for the remaining time. These will be submitted via the webinar chat function and the host will then pick a selection to be asked.

This session will be run over Microsoft Teams. There will be multiple schools on the call so cameras and microphones will be disabled for all classes. The Teams link to join this webinar will be sent in the confirmation email, and then again 24 hours and 30 minutes before the webinar.
