FarmED is an award-winning demonstration farm, conference barn and Cafe overlooking the breathtaking Evenlode Valley, near Chipping Norton.
The 107 acre farm shows how regenerative agriculture, farming with nature and growing sustainable, local food can help to combat climate change. It includes a CSA kitchen garden, heritage wheat and heritage orchard, natural flood management wetland area, agroforestry strips, woodland, meadows and hedgerows teeming with farmland birds and wildlife and fields sown with soil-improving crops grazed by pasture-fed sheep and goats.
Visitors can enjoy tea, coffee, cake or a delicious, nutritious farm to fork lunch at the stunning FarmED Cafe located in one of three groundbreaking eco buildings.
Events include everything from regular Lunchtime Talks, and Friday Farm Walks, to mini beast safaris, the Farm & Food Literature Festival and courses on subjects such as beekeeping, pastured poultry and herbal leys.
